How Can I Join?
Credit unions are for everyone, but the law places some limits on the people they may serve. A credit union's charter defines its "field of membership," which could be an employer, church, school, or community. Anyone working for an employer that sponsors a credit union, for example, is eligible to join that credit union. Review the membership eligibility section, if you qualify stop by our office. We will need a valid Driver's License or Military I.D. and a minimum deposit of $25.00.
Membership Eligibility
Full time State, Federal employees of the National Guard, the Army Reserve Technicians' in the 81st Regional Command assigned to Camp Shelby, personnel assigned and attached to the 3rd Brigade 87th Division stationed at Camp Shelby, and the Active Duty Guard Reserve (AGR) personnel who work in the various armories and activities and the M-Day Soldiers (Mobilization-Traditional Army Guardsmen) in the State of Mississippi; Spouses of persons who died while whithin the field of membership of this credit union, persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; employees of this credit union; members of their immediate families; and organizations of such persons.
